The Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Manager of Marketing Communications by executing the Division's marketing communications plan and addressing local community marketing needs. This position involves maintaining the accuracy of all community pages on brand websites, ensuring that all necessary creative assets such as photos, videos, copy, announcements, and inventory listings are readily available and up-to-date. The Marketing Coordinator will also customize advertising templates to cater to local market requirements, which includes incorporating specific calls-to-action and offers while securing legal approval for all incentives offered. In addition to these responsibilities, the Marketing Coordinator is tasked with creating and distributing email marketing strategies tailored to each community and division, which includes communication with Realtors. The role also involves ordering and managing creative assets for communities, such as Room Designers, Virtual Tours, and other marketing materials. The Coordinator will create and order community brochures and collateral, ensuring that all marketing materials are aligned with the brand's standards. Furthermore, the Marketing Coordinator will provide community-level marketing point-of-sale materials, including displays, flyers, and inserts. An essential part of the role is to conduct ongoing audits and assessments of community presentations from the consumer's perspective, ensuring the integrity of signage, flags, welcome mats, and other visual elements. The Coordinator will also track and process invoices related to the execution of the marketing plan and coordinate, execute, and assist with special community events and neighborhood openings. Maintaining relationships with third-party vendors for various marketing needs is also a key responsibility. Lastly, the Marketing Coordinator will update and monitor MLS listings in conjunction with local broker solutions, if applicable, and participate in monthly field calls and the annual marketing summit.
