About the position

WisdomTree Investments is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with at least 2 years of agency or client-side experience to assist our Paid Media and Brand Senior Associate. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for marketing and an eagerness to learn and grow within the financial services industry. The ideal Marketing Coordinator will be an individual who has great project management skills, is very organized, flexible, and adaptable to change as our business grows and develops. Capable of running and managing a number of projects, you must enjoy variety and demonstrate high levels of organization whilst at all times prioritizing your workload in order to meet deadlines and key objectives. Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy are a must, as is the ability to communicate effectively with all teams and departments. Success in this role would be achieved by assisting with the day-to-day execution of our Paid Media strategy across Paid Search, Display Advertising, Online Video, and Paid Social. This includes collaborating with key advertising agencies and vendors, creating marketing assets such as ad copy, banner ads, landing pages, etc., consistent with the digital guidelines, testing, proofreading, and editing marketing materials to ensure high quality and brand consistency, tracking and organizing marketing materials, coordinating and tracking Compliance approvals, analyzing weekly, monthly, and/or ad hoc reports for ongoing optimizations and presenting findings to key stakeholders, and helping to maintain digital brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the day-to-day execution of our Paid Media strategy across Paid Search, Display Advertising, Online Video, and Paid Social.
  • Collaborate with key advertising agencies and vendors.
  • Create marketing assets such as ad copy, banner ads, landing pages, etc., consistent with the digital guidelines.
  • Test, proofread, and edit marketing materials to ensure high quality and brand consistency.
  • Track and organize marketing materials.
  • Coordinate and track Compliance approvals.
  • Analyze weekly, monthly, and/or ad hoc reports for ongoing optimizations and present findings to key stakeholders.
  • Help maintain digital brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Advertising, or Communications focus a plus).
  • 2+ years of agency or client-side experience.
  • Marketing background with an emphasis on digital and paid media/advertising.
  • Financial services experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Adobe Suite preferred.
  • Basic knowledge and experience working in graphic editors (Photoshop, Canva).
  • Good copywriting and grammar skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in both casual and formal scenarios.
