About the position

As the Marketing Coordinator at PlanOmatic, you will manage the conference lifecycle, support social media efforts, and provide internal marketing assistance. This part-time role involves collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful marketing initiatives and brand promotion. You will also handle marketing purchases and serve as a brand advocate, contributing to the overall marketing strategy of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Own the conference lifecycle including pre-event correspondence, logistics, project management, and wrap-up.
  • Build relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth conference coordination.
  • Develop and maintain project plans and timelines using ClickUp for multiple marketing projects.
  • Support social media strategy by creating content and managing the content calendar.
  • Assist with internal marketing requests such as decks and copy support.
  • Manage marketing purchases for onboarding swag, business cards, and client gifts.
  • Execute ad-hoc support in HubSpot for Sales, Client Success, and Marketing teams.
  • Capture client feedback and advocate for client-centric initiatives.
  • Track metric performance and report on project status and social media performance.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or event planning, either through a Bachelor's degree or professional experience.
  • Experience managing a brand's social media is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRMs is a plus.
  • Ability to travel within Colorado and nationwide for conferences, with reliable transportation.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in project management software like ClickUp.
  • Strong communication skills for relationship building and collaboration.
