About the position

AGM Tech Solutions, on behalf of a Global Technology Company, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for a part-time position. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about marketing and have a solid understanding of B2B marketing strategies. The Marketing Coordinator will be expected to work approximately 25 hours per week, contributing to various marketing initiatives that align with the company's objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity and analytical skills, enabling them to craft compelling marketing messages that resonate with target audiences. In this role, the Marketing Coordinator will collaborate closely with peers and senior management across multiple organizations and geographic regions. This collaboration is essential for ensuring that marketing strategies are effectively implemented and that the right messages are communicated to the right audiences. The candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, requiring strong time management and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial, as the Marketing Coordinator will need to explain technical concepts to both marketers and other stakeholders. The position also requires proficiency in using Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, as well as experience with Marketing Automation platforms, especially Marketo. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the marketing team in executing integrated campaigns and account-based marketing strategies. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with peers and senior management across multiple organizations and geographic regions.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Create compelling marketing messages tailored to specific audiences.
  • Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Utilize Marketing Automation platforms, particularly Marketo, to execute campaigns.
  • Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Support the marketing team in executing integrated campaigns and account-based marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B Marketing.
  • Creative thinker with an understanding of positioning the right message to the right audience.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with peers and senior management across multiple organizations, geographic regions, and/or cultures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to marketers and other stakeholders.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using Marketing Automation platforms, particularly Marketo.
  • Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Understanding of account-based marketing and integrated campaigns.
  • Keen understanding of marketing objectives and strategies within a B2B environment.
  • Experience in B2B software or TMS or EAM/CMMS/OEE technology.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud is an advantage.
