About the position

Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct visitors at the front desk, ensuring they are guided to the correct destination within the office.
  • Monitor and schedule customer visits on a weekly basis.
  • Prepare coffee and other refreshments, maintaining a welcoming environment for guests.
  • Provide general administrative assistance, including email correspondence and calendar management.
  • Support event coordination and execution, including possible weekend events.
  • Utilize Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint for email management, data entry, and creating presentation slides.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Entry-level experience is acceptable.

Nice-to-haves
