About the position

Join our team as a Marketing Coordinator in San Antonio! This on-site role involves front desk reception, coordinating customer visits, and providing hospitality services. With a flexible 30-hour schedule, you'll assist with office tasks and occasional events. No marketing experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct visitors at the front desk, ensuring they are guided to the correct destination within the office.
  • Monitor and schedule customer visits weekly.
  • Prepare coffee and other refreshments as needed, maintaining a welcoming environment for guests.
  • Provide general administrative assistance such as email correspondence, calendar management, and handling office-related tasks.
  • Support event coordination and execution, including possible weekend events.
  • Utilize Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint for email management, data entry, and creating presentation slides.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
