About the position

The Marketing Coordinator Representative at Minuteman Press is responsible for facilitating print marketing materials for local businesses. This role involves direct marketing efforts, coordination with the design team, and managing client interactions to enhance the company's outreach and service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Direct marketing to local businesses daily, delivering print marketing collateral to highlight products and services.
  • Attend local networking meetings at the Chamber of Commerce.
  • Coordinate with the on-site print and design team to facilitate self-promo postcard and envelope mailings.
  • Send out email marketing campaigns using proprietary software.
  • Create social media posts for Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn business profiles.
  • Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client's questions.
  • Escalate queries and concerns to the business owner.

Requirements

  • Experience with digital print production equipment (Xerox, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Canon, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong communication skills for phone, email, and face-to-face interactions with clients.
  • Knowledge of paper brands and types.
  • Knowledge of print-related products.
  • Time management and prioritization skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

  • Graphic design experience (1 year preferred).
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (1 year preferred).
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator (1 year preferred).
