About the position

The Marketing Coordinator/Specialist will support NE Property Management and onsite teams in property management by driving online marketing initiatives and collaborating closely with the Marketing Director. This role is essential for enhancing marketing efforts that support leasing for both stabilized and lease-up properties, managing social media, creating marketing materials, and organizing events.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to maintain and enhance marketing efforts that support leasing for both stabilized and lease-up properties.
  • Manage corporate and site-level social media, create engaging content, execute photoshoots, and oversee various internal initiatives.
  • Develop marketing items in Canva and Photoshop, including preferred employer flyers, open house events, resident events, and outreach.
  • Assist in planning and organizing events, including meetings, resident events, and outreach marketing activities.
  • Participate in regular calls with each community to review marketing performance for individual properties or regional manager portfolios.
  • Create and manage all Matterport and virtual tours on websites and ILS platforms, ensuring effective communication with site teams regarding promotions to prospective residents.
  • Oversee the completion of monthly/quarterly marketing audits, ensuring that ILS, lead tracking, websites, concessions, and paid ad copy are up-to-date.
  • Handle post-photoshoot tasks, including reviewing media, providing edits to photographers, and distributing media across platforms.
  • Manage reputation management program, AI program for Google, Facebook, and Yelp.
  • Order collateral, career apparel, and other promotional items for onsite use.
  • Manage Black Card discount programs for communities participating in the program.
  • Onboard and offboard NEPM employees on social platforms and create email signatures.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of marketing experience in the digital space.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and career experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the multifamily industry or related fields is preferred but not required.
