About the position

The Marketing Coordinator with Graphic Design Focus at Steinborn Inc., REALTORS is a full-time, on-site role responsible for supporting the marketing efforts of the company and its REALTORS®. This position emphasizes graphic design and requires collaboration with the Marketing Director to create high-quality marketing materials, manage social media content, and ensure brand integrity across all platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a passion for helping others succeed, and a commitment to the company's core values of integrity, innovation, and kindness.

Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Director in fulfilling marketing ambitions and community initiatives.
• Design and produce compelling marketing materials, including flyers, postcards, business cards, and signage.
• Create digital content for social media platforms.
• Manage marketing requests and in-house print logistics efficiently.
• Engage in social media design and posting efforts across various accounts.
• Generate mailing lists for REALTORS® by pulling from CRS.
• Monitor quality control for marketing materials to uphold brand integrity.
• Adopt and ensure proper utilization of marketing processes.
• Design branded marketing materials for Property Management and Commercial divisions as needed.
• Suggest and implement new ideas that align with company values and mission.

Requirements

• Skilled in graphic design, with proficiency in Canva.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Willingness to learn and implement new technologies, including ChatGPT.
• Project management skills based out of Asana.
• Self-motivation and collaboration abilities.
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

Nice-to-haves

• A degree in marketing, design, or a similar background is beneficial but not required.
• Experience in social media management.
