About the position

We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies that align with our firm's goals and values. You will work closely with firm management to enhance our brand presence, engage with our target audience, and drive growth through various marketing channels. Streimer & Flusberg, PA is an accounting and tax advisory firm located in Coral Springs. We pride ourselves on delivering proactive, strategic financial advice to help our clients achieve their personal and professional financial goals. Our firm is known for its sincere, down-to-earth approach, integrity, and commitment to excellence. We work closely with small business owners in the service industry, providing them with the trusted professional support they need to grow their businesses. Our firm's culture is vibrant and supportive. We celebrate work anniversaries during a catered monthly luncheon with the entire team. Everyone's birthday is celebrated with cake and a rendition of Happy Birthday from the rest of the staff. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our accounting and tax services.
• Manage and update our website and social media platforms to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
• Create compelling content for blog posts, newsletters, social media, and other marketing materials.
• Analyze and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with firm management to identify new marketing opportunities and strategies.
• Maintain and grow our email marketing list, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing, preferably within a professional services environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., WordPress, Mailchimp, Canva, Google Analytics).
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
