About the position

As a Marketing Coordinator in our San Francisco office, you will bring enthusiasm for developing your marketing career, a commitment to producing high-quality work, and the ability to communicate effectively with staff at all organizational levels. In this role, you will support the team's planning and production of various marketing deliverables—including proposals, qualification packages, photoshoots, presentations, and other creative assets—in a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to changing priorities. You will assist other marketers in the full proposal development process, collaborating closely with your team and technical staff. Senior Marketing Coordinators will take on more leadership responsibilities within the team, including co-leading proposals and other key deliverables as their skills develop.
