LSI seeks a Marketing Coordinator in the Des Moines area to join our marketing team. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for initiating, developing, and executing internal and external marketing and communications projects. Excellent foundational communication and integrated marketing skills are key. Projects include, but are not limited to, press releases, internal and external marketing and communications materials, social media, website coordination, and fundraising materials. The Marketing Coordinator must be a creative communicator who can balance big ideas with superior attention to detail. Successful candidates will have a proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, possess a positive and professional attitude, and have a passion for networking and communicating with others. Excellent organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, develop, and execute internal and external marketing and communications projects.
• Create press releases and marketing materials for internal and external audiences.
• Manage social media accounts and website coordination.
• Develop fundraising materials and campaigns.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a communications-related field.
• Minimum of one year work-related experience in marketing or communications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
