About the position

The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting marketing initiatives for a 4-month project at Robert Half. This position involves assisting in the execution of various marketing campaigns, content creation, event planning, and data analysis to optimize marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Develop high-quality marketing content, such as blog posts, articles, and social media copy.
  • Coordinate and manage marketing events, including webinars, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Design and produce marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to identify trends and optimize strategies.
  • Handle administrative duties, such as scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or communications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
