Currently, Jacobs Entertainment is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for the Gold Dust West Elko property. This facility boasts a modern interior equipped with the latest slot machines and table games, including Blackjack, Craps, and 3-Card Poker. Additionally, the property features an 80-room Hampton Inn that offers amenities such as Wi-Fi, a swimming pool, a fitness center, and complimentary hot breakfast for all guests. The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in enhancing guest experiences and promoting the casino's offerings. This position requires a proactive approach to guest relations, ensuring that premium players feel valued and engaged. The coordinator will be responsible for managing casino promotions, maintaining marketing materials, and hosting various events to foster a vibrant community atmosphere. This role is essential in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty, which are key to the casino's success.

Responsibilities

• Act as a personal casino host to Gold Rewards Club Premium Players, maintaining contact through various means such as direct attention on the floor, note cards, and phone calls.
• Resolve any problems or perceived inconveniences to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Execute, manage, and monitor all casino promotions, including rules and regulations, signage, and instructions for personnel.
• Assist in hosting parties, including monthly birthday parties, drawings, holiday parties, and Premium Parties.
• Maintain and replace all marketing collateral on the casino floor.
• Control and order all marketing inventory.

Requirements

• Knowledge of computer programs including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Prior experience in Marketing, Guest Services, or Hosting is required.
• Registration with the NV Gaming Control Board is necessary.
• Identification that establishes identity is required.
• Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States is required.
