About the position

As a Marketing Coordinator at BuyLow Warehouse, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales through effective marketing strategies and communication. This position is designed for a motivated individual who thrives on challenges and is eager to support sales teams by building and optimizing marketing plans, sales funnels, and digital content to enhance brand reach and sales opportunities. You will be responsible for crafting communications that inform customers about product availability and promotions, ultimately delivering value to our community of buyers in the liquidation industry. Your primary focus will be on growing our brand presence and overseeing all marketing activities. This includes collaborating with the Sales Support Team and leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and advertising plan that emphasizes customer understanding, brand awareness, lead generation, and sales funnel optimization. You will also manage the marketing strategy, ensuring that our online marketing reach and lead conversion are maximized. In this role, you will be expected to lead the planning and execution of various marketing initiatives, including website management, email marketing, social media campaigns, and trade show marketing. You will track key performance indicators (KPIs) for each marketing endeavor and work closely with the sales team to effectively advertise available inventory. As the company expands, you will have the opportunity to hire and manage a team to support the marketing division, instilling accountability and fostering a culture aligned with the company's mission and core values.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing and advertising plans to support sales teams.
  • Craft communications to inform customers about product availability and promotions.
  • Oversee the marketing strategy with a focus on online marketing reach and lead conversion.
  • Manage website content, email marketing, social media, and paid ad campaigns.
  • Identify and track KPIs for marketing initiatives and report on performance.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to effectively advertise available inventory.
  • Lead the planning and execution of marketing programs from start to finish.
  • Analyze customer insights and market trends to inform marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the creation and optimization of sales funnels and automations.
  • Manage public relations and coordinate the annual WHSL Conference.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing Management.
  • Expertise in developing marketing plans, campaigns, and sales funnels.
  • Strong project management and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Demonstrated history of leading successful marketing campaigns.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with multiple digital marketing channels including Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram.
  • Intermediate understanding of SEO, remarketing, and pay-per-click marketing.
