The Marketing Coordinator will support the Marketing department with responsibilities and administrative tasks that are essential to the success of the marketing, social, events and public relations efforts. This role will report to the Vice President, Marketing & Sales while supporting the department as a whole. The salary for this position is $50,000 / year. The Marketing Coordinator will provide administrative and marketing support duties across asset management, invoicing, reporting and coordination. They will work with vendors to fulfill job creative requests to ensure accuracy and timelines are met, and collaborate with a design agency to produce and traffic all advertising deliverables across digital, print, signage and collateral. The role also involves processing menu creation across all F&B outlets, working closely with the hospitality team and on-site departments to maintain updated menus, signage and collateral. Additionally, the coordinator will negotiate and source for project production and manage trafficking, following up to ensure quality, delivery, installation and completion. The position requires auditing and maintaining content updates across the website, sales tools and communications, as well as preparing decks and documents for presentations, proposals and business tools. The coordinator will support the team in coordinating appearances, ticket confirmations and reservations, and will coordinate with onsite operations and property teams for maintaining current marketing content and brand integrity. They will assist in the coordination and scheduling of photoshoots, aid in customer online reputation and listings updates, and provide marketing event and activation support, coordinating logistics, managing invites, and onsite setup. The Marketing Coordinator will actively engage in the company's antiracist commitment and internal practices by participating in offered learnings, engaging in conversations around Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Accessibility, and helping to maintain a safe and welcoming workspace. Other duties may be assigned based on department needs.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of marketing experience (hospitality and/or entertainment experience a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to manage high profile clients while maintaining professionalism
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
