About the position

Amwins Connect is seeking a productive, well-organized, and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to support marketing strategies and tactics that align with our corporate objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing marketing schedules, assisting with projects, trade shows, internal events, and more. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will manage appointment settings, track, update, and troubleshoot the marketing calendar for campaigns by channel, events, tradeshows, etc. You will ensure that all campaigns are executed on time and to the highest possible quality. Additionally, you will open, track, update, and troubleshoot marketing projects to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery, while also organizing and prioritizing all marketing requests. Daily interaction with marketing leadership will be essential to assure timely completion of all requests. You will also track and report on marketing KPIs, preparing marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data. Creating and managing surveys in collaboration with leadership will be part of your responsibilities, as well as providing event support, which may include organizing event details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, and promotional materials. Managing and improving marketing contact lists for email and events will also be a key task, along with maintaining promotional materials by coordinating requirements and inventorying stock. Your strategic and tactical contributions will be vital in delivering on marketing objectives, and you will be expected to take ownership of new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage appointment settings, track, update, and troubleshoot marketing calendar for campaigns by channel, events, tradeshows, etc.
  • Ensure all campaigns are executed on time and to the highest possible quality.
  • Open, track, update, and troubleshoot marketing projects to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Ensure all marketing requests are organized and prioritized.
  • Interact daily with marketing leadership to assure timely completion of all requests.
  • Track and report on marketing KPI's; prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
  • Create and manage surveys in collaboration with leadership.
  • Provide event support as needed, including organizing event details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material, etc.
  • Manage and improve marketing contact lists for email, events, etc., including updates and segmentation.
  • Learn and grow knowledge base of our brand, industry, business, products, and services.
  • Maintain effective client-facing communication when necessary.
  • Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements, inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt.
  • Contribute strategically and tactically in delivering on marketing objectives.
  • Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of marketing experience required.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Ability to build productive business relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding execution, resourcefulness, and creativity.
  • Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record for working on multiple projects independently.
  • Experience collaborating with different teams to get the job done.
  • Experience working with project management software a plus (ie Wrike).
  • Must be adept at prioritizing and troubleshooting projects while clearly communicating progress.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • An ability to be communicative, flexible, and precise under tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail.
  • A self-starter that stays motivated and likes complexity.
  • Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and dedication are required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working with project management software (e.g., Wrike) is a plus.
