About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at TMP Architecture is a creative and self-motivated professional responsible for managing the preparation and production of proposals, public relations activities, and various marketing communications. This role requires strong technical writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines effectively within a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation and production of TMP's proposals.
• Conduct public relations activities, including management of online and digital content.
• Maintain effective file management and organization.
• Uphold project statistics and team resumes.
• Write marketing brochures and conduct market research.
• Engage in various activities associated with communications for TMP Architecture.

Requirements

• A degree in communications or marketing.
• 2-4 years of work experience in the A/E or construction industry.
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft 365, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign).
• Willingness to learn new software products as needed.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint.
