About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at Acuren will support operations at ADV Integrity in Magnolia, TX, by providing creative marketing and communications solutions. This role focuses on enhancing and promoting the organization's image and brand within the industrial community, collaborating closely with the Commercial team to develop brand content, manage online presence, and execute marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage LinkedIn content, develop engaging posts, and track performance metrics.
• Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos for social media, campaigns, and internal use.
• Design digital and print materials such as flyers, brochures, and event signage while ensuring brand consistency.
• Contribute to the annual magazine newsletter and business development efforts through marketing collateral.
• Assist leadership in creating and executing marketing strategies to promote engineering services.
• Help plan and execute company-sponsored events.
• Other work duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, social media platforms, and content management systems.
• Experience in photography, videography, and editing (Lightroom; Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro).
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

• 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a technical or engineering setting.
• B2B marketing experience and knowledge of SEO best practices.
