The coordinator is expected to adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintain a professional appearance, and ensure the confidentiality of proprietary information. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for reporting any accidents, injuries, or unsafe work conditions to their manager. Effective communication is essential, as the coordinator will need to speak with others using clear and professional language, prepare and review written documents accurately, and answer telephones with appropriate etiquette. Building and maintaining positive working relationships with colleagues is vital, as the coordinator will support the team in reaching common goals and responding appropriately to employee concerns. Compliance with quality assurance expectations and standards is also a critical component of this role.
