The Marketing Coordinator at Postino WineCafe is responsible for overseeing the planning, management, and execution of various marketing projects. This role is crucial in ensuring that marketing initiatives align with the company's mission to create authentic experiences for the community. The coordinator will work closely with agency partners and internal teams to drive successful marketing campaigns and maintain a content calendar.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute cross-functional marketing projects including campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Create and manage a marketing content calendar.
• Monitor and report on project progress to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
• Develop marketing project timelines and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Liaise with agency partners, regional Public Relations, and paid digital agencies.
• Manage the print/production portal.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Retail & Consumer Science or a similar field.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience.
• Experience in the retail or hospitality industry is preferred.
