About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at Wagner Integrative Health is a part-time role focused on enhancing the clinic's brand and community engagement through creative marketing strategies. This position involves content creation, social media management, and collaboration with the clinic team to promote the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. The role offers flexibility with a hybrid work environment, allowing for both in-clinic and remote work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Monitor and engage with social media followers by responding to comments and messages.
• Edit podcasts in both video and audio formats, create podcast shorts, and publish to multiple platforms.
• Coordinate website maintenance and regularly update content with the Clinic Director.
• Create advertisements on social media and Google.
• Write, edit, and upload blogs to keep website content fresh and relevant.
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
• Stay current on industry standards and digital marketing trends.
• Brainstorm new marketing and brand development ideas to support clinic growth.
• Plan and coordinate marketing events to foster community engagement.
• Collaborate with Dr. Wagner and the clinic team to create visual content highlighting services and the WHEALTHY life.

Requirements

• Experience in social media management and content creation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar software for photo and video editing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Experience with SEO and video editing is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Squarespace, Canva, Libsyn, Opus, and Riverside FM.
• Prior experience in podcast production and editing.
