About the position

The Marketing Coordinator and Social Media Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing the brand presence and community engagement of Universal Wellness Roscoe Village. This part-time position involves managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, coordinating marketing events, and developing strategies to connect with the local community. The ideal candidate will be creative, motivated, and passionate about digital marketing, with a focus on building relationships and increasing visibility in the Roscoe Village and Lakeview areas.

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and post engaging content daily on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to grow following and increase brand awareness.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to connect with the audience and attract new patients.
• Respond to comments and messages, engaging with followers to maintain strong online relationships.
• Plan and shoot in-office content weekly, including testimonials and team features.
• Write weekly blog posts on relevant topics with a focus on SEO and backlinking.
• Cultivate a unique brand voice that resonates with the local community.
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and communications.
• Organize and promote marketing events, workshops, and community engagements.
• Build and nurture partnerships with local businesses and organizations to grow brand awareness.
• Develop strategies for community outreach and involvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management, marketing coordination, or a related field.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging content that reflects the brand's voice.
• Experience with blog writing and SEO best practices is preferred.
• Passionate about storytelling and creating visually compelling content.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and plan events.
• Knowledge of or interest in the Roscoe Village/Lakeview area.
