About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at Aureon is responsible for managing and executing various marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, social media strategies, and digital advertising efforts. This role focuses on enhancing brand visibility, optimizing marketing performance through data analysis, and supporting the sales team with effective marketing strategies. The coordinator will utilize tools like Pardot, Google Ads, and Google Analytics to drive engagement and improve lead quality.

Responsibilities

• Define, automate, and manage email campaigns and workflows using Pardot.
• Develop and implement segmentation strategies for targeted audiences.
• Create and manage email templates aligned with brand guidelines.
• Track and analyze email campaign performance using Pardot's reporting tools.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize email engagement.
• Monitor social media activity and plan, create, and schedule posts.
• Encourage social media participation across departments and provide training.
• Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns across platforms.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital advertising efforts.
• Support marketing and sales efforts by analyzing and assembling sales forecasts.

Requirements

• Experience/certification in Pardot Marketing Automation.
• Proficiency in social media management and strategy.
• Experience/certification in Google Ads and Google Analytics.
• Experience developing and executing measurable integrated demand programs.
• Proven record of partnering with sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Exceptional written and communication skills.

Benefits

• Full-time position with competitive salary range of $45K - $57K.
