The Marketing Coordinator at McColly Real Estate will play a vital role in providing marketing support and tech platform training to over 500 agents and staff. This full-time position involves collaborating with a team to enhance user experience on various tech platforms, designing marketing materials, managing social media accounts, and coordinating company communications. The role is essential for maintaining brand compliance and promoting company events and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Providing maintenance, tech support, and coaching for all company tech platforms.
• Collaborating with vendors to enhance user experience on platforms like McColly CRM, Google Workspace, and Transaction Software.
• Designing and creating print and digital marketing materials.
• Managing social media accounts and creating content via smartphone.
• Developing and enforcing brand compliance across platforms.
• Coordinating company communications via the McColly portal and email.
• Planning and promoting company events and strategic marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Executive Team.
• Managing signage orders for agents, including designing and entering orders.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising, Sales, Business, Communications, or similar fields.
• Proven graphic design skills in Adobe Creative Suite (or willingness to learn).
• Proficient in social media management and brand compliance.
• Strong communicator with the ability to explain complex tech and marketing concepts clearly.
• Tech-savvy with a problem-solving mindset.

Nice-to-haves

• Real estate experience is a plus but not required.
