As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in fostering a customer-centric culture that prioritizes superior guest service and builds long-lasting relationships with our guests. You will be responsible for coordinating daily functions related to promotions and giveaways, ensuring that our guests receive accurate and timely information about casino events and the value of our loyalty program. In this role, you will adhere to all policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements and company initiatives. You will also perform duties associated with the Colorado Division of Gaming Self-Exclusion Program, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all property media. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the planning and execution of special events, accurately completing paperwork for promotions, and maintaining our guest database by updating account information. You will have the opportunity to write rules and regulations for promotions and special events, as well as support new ideas and methods to enhance our business solutions. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will help update daily Team Member information postings and perform other duties as assigned.
