About the position

As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in fostering a customer-centric culture that prioritizes superior guest service and builds long-lasting relationships with our guests. You will be responsible for coordinating daily functions related to promotions and giveaways, ensuring that our guests receive accurate and timely information about casino events and the value of our loyalty program. In this role, you will adhere to all policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements and company initiatives. You will also perform duties associated with the Colorado Division of Gaming Self-Exclusion Program, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all property media. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the planning and execution of special events, accurately completing paperwork for promotions, and maintaining our guest database by updating account information. You will have the opportunity to write rules and regulations for promotions and special events, as well as support new ideas and methods to enhance our business solutions. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will help update daily Team Member information postings and perform other duties as assigned. This position requires a proactive and engaging individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Foster an entertaining atmosphere that embodies Bally's philosophy.
  • Promote a customer-centric culture and build long-lasting guest relations.
  • Coordinate daily functions for promotions and giveaways.
  • Maintain up-to-date information on casino events for guests.
  • Educate guests on the loyalty program's value.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform duties associated with the Colorado Division of Gaming Self-Exclusion Program.
  • Ensure all property media are accurate and current.
  • Assist with planning and executing special events and promotions.
  • Accurately complete paperwork for promotions and finance requests.
  • Assist with database cleanup by updating account information.
  • Write rules and regulations for promotions and special events.
  • Support and cultivate new ideas for business solutions.
  • Work with Marketing Manager to update Team Member information postings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Colorado Division of Gaming.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of six months of related experience and training is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in the entire Microsoft Suite and ability to learn other software systems easily is required.
  • Must be able to work weekends, weeknights, and holidays.
