Responsibilities

• Design and develop marketing materials including proposals, presentations, and social media content.
• Create custom presentations and graphics to enhance DBI's visual branding.
• Maintain and update the company's WordPress-based website.
• Coordinate professional photography for projects and headshots.
• Manage and update marketing documents and templates.
• Track business development and marketing activities, preparing actionable communications.
• Update company CRM systems in Hubspot and Smartsheets.
• Develop periodic marketing reports for firm leadership.
• Research and identify project leads and potential clients.
• Support planning and hosting of networking events and conferences.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of postgraduate professional experience, preferably in marketing within the AEC or real estate industries.
• Experience in graphic/communication design and proficiency in InDesign for document and presentation creation.
