About the position

ConcertAI is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our core Marketing team. This role is pivotal in supporting the marketing team's efforts and executing strategic marketing campaigns and initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator will assist in managing content, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and liaising with external vendors as necessary. Daily responsibilities will include conducting market research, performing competitor analysis, managing projects, compiling reports, and ensuring that the daily marketing needs of the organization are met. Your contributions will play a significant role in enhancing our marketing initiatives, boosting sales, and improving customer satisfaction. In this position, you will support various activities related to trade shows, conferences, events, and meetings, both in-person and virtual. You will maintain ConcertAI's digital assets and assist in updating the company websites with the latest content and information. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and contribute ideas for marketing projects. Additionally, you will manage and track a variety of campaigns, ensuring their successful execution and collecting key findings to inform future strategies. The role also involves creating engaging content for social media platforms, responding to online feedback, and identifying new opportunities for engagement and channel growth. You will serve as a liaison between the marketing team and other departments, coordinating schedules, filtering requests, and managing project deadlines. Furthermore, you will oversee promotional marketing assets by maintaining a central inventory list and coordinating the shipping and receiving of materials for events. Lastly, you will be responsible for creating, proofreading, and editing copy for various marketing channels, ensuring a consistent voice across all communications.

Responsibilities

  • Support pre-show, onsite (as needed), and post-show activities for trade shows, conferences, events, and meetings (in person and virtual)
  • Maintain ConcertAI digital assets and support updating company websites with the latest content and information
  • Collaborate and contribute ideas with the team on marketing projects
  • Assist with managing and tracking a variety of campaigns, ensuring outstanding execution, and collecting key findings
  • Support with content creation and engaging posts to social networking sites, including posting content that aligns with our social strategy and objectives, responding to online feedback, and identifying new opportunities for engagement and channel growth
  • Serve as liaison between the marketing team and other support staff across the organization by coordinating schedules, filtering requests from administrative staff, and managing project deadlines
  • Manage and oversee promotional marketing assets by creating and maintaining a central marketing inventory list, coordinating shipping, and receiving of assets for events
  • Coordinate and accelerate cross-department communication in marketing projects
  • Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring a consistent voice

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • At minimum 2-3 years experience in a marketing coordinator or relevant role; Life Sciences experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing methods
  • Exceptionally strong attention to detail, communication (written and verbal), and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and other marketing applications
  • Working knowledge and experience with content management system (CMS) platforms such as HubSpot
  • Experience in SEO/SEM techniques and tools a plus
