About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at Fleis & VandenBrink (F&V) is an entry-level role focused on supporting the marketing team in various capacities, including proposal development, event coordination, and marketing strategy implementation. This position is integral to the firm's growth and aims to enhance the overall marketing efforts aligned with the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Support proposal managers, project managers, and the marketing team.
• Assist in the proposal development process.
• Lead in responding to requests for proposals, qualifications packets, and letters of intent as assigned by the proposal manager.
• Enter and update opportunities in Deltek.
• Work with Project Managers to establish draft deadlines and responsibilities.
• Write company/project newsletters and promotional materials.
• Review and edit proposals as needed, ensuring final submission to clients.
• Assist the marketing team in meeting the strategic goals of the firm through coordination of various events and projects.
• Handle special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or business equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of marketing experience required.
• Experience in the engineering/architecture or construction field desired.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) required.
• Experience with WordPress and Deltek desired.
• Extremely detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
• Strong communication and prioritization skills.
• Commitment to supporting others around them.
• Strong administration, organization, project management, and time management skills.
