About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at Synergy Face + Body is a vital role focused on enhancing the company's organic presence across various marketing channels. This position involves supporting omnichannel marketing initiatives, collaborating closely with the Marketing Director, and contributing to events, partnerships, and local outreach efforts. The role offers broad exposure to different marketing disciplines, mentorship opportunities, and the chance to make a significant impact on brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Aid marketing campaign execution and the rollout of marketing calendar activities.
  • Support digital marketing activities, including SEO, paid media, email, website, and organic social as needed.
  • Assist with events, including tracking attendees, creating event documents, and managing event logistics.
  • Help collect marketing content and assist with photoshoots, writing and editing blogs.
  • Assist with implementation of department processes and standard operating procedures.
  • Build awareness and new patient acquisition through strategic influencer and local partnerships.
  • Maintain project management tools and trackers and the master calendar for the department.
  • Manage the Synergy Marketing budget and update budget tracker weekly.
  • Manage the Synergy Marketing Dashboard and complete ad-hoc reporting requests.
  • Assist with marketing material production and ensure high-quality production of all materials.
  • Research market trends and maintain up-to-date competitor and pricing analyses.

Requirements

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in a marketing role or internship experience.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace.
