About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at Cross Catholic Outreach is responsible for coordinating integrated marketing campaigns aimed at engaging and nurturing donors and prospects in the organization's mission to serve the poor. This role involves ensuring timely execution of marketing initiatives, tracking their performance, and reporting results. The position can be performed remotely or from the corporate office in Pompano Beach, FL, and reports to the Senior Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Communications team members to schedule, coordinate, traffic and deliver marketing deliverables.
  • Coordinate marketing deliverables with internal stakeholders, external media partners, and marketing agencies.
  • Ensure accurate and timely internal communication.
  • Document, analyze, and report marketing effectiveness to improve future performance of marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure brand and identity consistency across all communication channels.
  • Edit and proofread copy for marketing materials.
  • Provide donor-centric suggestions to enhance marketing deliverables.
  • Provide administrative support including creating meeting agendas and coordinating technology set-up.
  • Submit requests for materials and data to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of marketing materials.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in communications, marketing, or related field, preferably in non-profit development.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or business is preferred.
  • Strong professional familiarity with current and trending non-profit marketing trends.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including editing and proofreading.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and problem-solve quickly under tight deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy; diplomacy, and excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized with outstanding time and project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work well with staff, volunteers, and other departments.
  • Knowledge of contemporary Christian marketing and fundraising practices.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in Catholic and/or Christian marketing preferred.
  • Marketing research, automation, and advertising marketing experience preferred.
