About the position

CobbFendley & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our proposal and marketing efforts. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of proposal and marketing experience, particularly within the A/E/C industry. You will be responsible for strategizing, organizing, and developing all aspects of proposal responses, including content creation, editing, and production. Your excellent technical writing and editing skills, along with superior organizational abilities, will be essential in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our proposals. In this role, you will serve as the primary internal proposal leader for strategic pursuits, liaising with various departments to manage and track proposal opportunities. You will coordinate the production of proposals, interview presentations, and general correspondence, while maintaining marketing information in our Deltek Vantagepoint database. The position requires a commitment to uphold CobbFendley’s safety standards and to maintain a professional attitude while fulfilling responsibilities with integrity. This is a full-time position with expected working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM CST/local time zone, and may require overtime hours. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary internal proposal leader for strategic pursuits.
  • Liaise with marketing and professional services departments to manage and track proposal opportunities.
  • Coordinate and produce proposals, interview presentations, and general correspondence.
  • Maintain marketing information in the Deltek Vantagepoint database.
  • Work with minimum supervision and perform self QA/QC of work.
  • Adhere to CobbFendley's safety standards to uphold a safe and efficient environment.
  • Maintain a professional attitude and fulfill responsibilities with integrity.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proposal/marketing experience required.
  • Knowledge of A/E/C industry and proposal preparation process required.
  • Experience strategizing, organizing, and developing all aspects of proposal responses.
  • Excellent technical writing and editing skills.
  • Superior organization skills with attention to details.
  • Motivation to work in a dynamic environment with strict deadlines.
  • Desire to collaborate with professionals and clients to increase industry knowledge.
