About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at Bally's Black Hawk is responsible for creating an engaging and entertaining atmosphere that aligns with the company's customer-centric culture. This role involves coordinating daily functions for promotions, maintaining accurate information about casino events, and educating guests about the loyalty program. The Marketing Coordinator will also assist in planning special events and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while fostering long-lasting guest relations.

Responsibilities

  • Foster an entertaining atmosphere that embodies Bally's philosophy.
  • Promote a customer-centric culture and build long-lasting guest relations.
  • Coordinate daily functions for promotions and giveaways.
  • Maintain up-to-date information on casino events for guests.
  • Educate guests on the loyalty program's value.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform duties associated with the Colorado Division of Gaming Self-Exclusion Program.
  • Ensure all property media are accurate and error-free.
  • Assist in planning and executing special events and promotions.
  • Complete paperwork for promotions accurately.
  • Assist with database cleanup and updates.
  • Write rules and regulations for promotions and events.
  • Support new ideas and methods for business solutions.
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to update Team Member postings.
  • Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must obtain and maintain a gaming license from the Colorado Division of Gaming.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of six months of related experience and training required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Proficient in the entire Microsoft Suite and able to learn new software systems easily.
  • Ability to work weekends, weeknights, and holidays.
