The Marketing Coordinator at Eureka Casino Resort plays a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing the brand's presence through various marketing strategies. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing and Player Development, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital marketing, and social media. In this role, the Marketing Coordinator will become familiar with tools such as Campaign Manager and Power BI reporting, assisting in the analysis and reporting of marketing campaigns. The position requires a proactive approach to monitoring and analyzing daily and monthly dashboards, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring alignment with corporate goals. The Marketing Coordinator will also liaise with various departments, including Finance, to achieve player reinvestment goals and support operational projects related to the marketing database. The Marketing Coordinator is expected to carry out all duties in compliance with Gaming Commission Regulations and Eureka Casino's policies. This includes maintaining the integrity of the marketing database, ensuring it contains only active and mailable accounts, and preparing files for importing and exporting as needed. The role demands strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. The Marketing Coordinator must be adaptable, capable of handling confidential information with discretion, and committed to producing high-quality results consistently.

Responsibilities

  • Become familiar with Campaign Manager and Power BI reporting for all Eureka promotions.
  • Assist in campaign-level post-mortems for all deployed monthly mailer campaigns and property-specific promotional reviews.
  • Act as a back-up to all NV Promotion Manager duties.
  • Assist Marketing staff with ad-hoc reporting requests and liaise with player tracking partners as needed.
  • Monitor, analyze, and react to daily and monthly dashboards and selected reports in Power BI.
  • Spot areas for improvement and target as needed, maintaining consistent communication with Finance to align corporate and monthly goals.
  • Alert Gold Club staff and applicable Marketing staff for maximum player engagement via email or Hubspot notes/tasking.
  • Liaise with Finance Department to assure player reinvestment goals are achieved and managed.
  • Provide support and input into all marketing and operational projects related to the database.
  • Ensure the database includes only active and mailable accounts by developing audits under the direction of the Marketing Manager.
  • Prepare files for importing/exporting as needed.
  • Carry out all duties in accordance with Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws, and Eureka Casino departmental policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate analytical, problem-solving, administrative, multi-tasking, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
  • Work efficiently, independently, and cohesively, consistently producing quality results.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and adapt to various competing demands.

Benefits

  • Full-time salary position with a pay range of $39K - $44K annually.
