About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at Twin Arrows Navajo Casino Resort plays a crucial role in supporting the marketing department by providing administrative, fiscal, and personnel support. This position involves processing business documents and assisting in various marketing activities, including advertising, casino promotions, and entertainment, all while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the Advertising, Casino Promotions, and Entertainment areas of the Marketing Department.
• Process all business documents related to marketing activities.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing events and promotions.
• Maintain confidentiality of all privileged information.
• Support the Director of Marketing in various administrative and fiscal tasks.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree plus one (1) year experience as a marketing/event coordinator, or a High School Diploma and three (3) years experience as a marketing coordinator.
• Ability to type fifty (50) wpm accurately.
• Preferred gaming experience.
• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or over.
• No felony, theft or stealing convictions.
• Ability to successfully pass a preemployment drug/alcohol screen and background investigation.
• Ability to work extended hours and rotating irregular shifts, seven days a week.
