About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at NPSG Built will play a crucial role in supporting business development through the creation and management of marketing materials, proposals, events, and outreach initiatives. This position requires a creative and detail-oriented individual who can effectively contribute to the company's marketing and preconstruction efforts, particularly within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of marketing materials, including proposals, presentations, and qualifications for public and private projects.
• Champion the company's social media presence by creating content across major platforms and managing quarterly campaigns.
• Lead internal and external event planning, including career fairs and community outreach events.
• Maintain up-to-date records in Unanet (CRM software) for contacts, projects, and proposals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for gathering client testimonials and references, ensuring timely responses for all projects.
• Design and update various graphics, including proposal infographics and social media templates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the AEC industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign).
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented mindset.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the AEC industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Unanet.
