About the position

Gold Level Marketing is seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-paced marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing, highly organized, and possess strong communication skills. This role will support various marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive marketing calendar aligned with seasonal trends, promotions, and business objectives.
  • Create and curate engaging content that enhances online visibility, leading to increased impressions, click-throughs, engagement, and conversions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the brand, services, and products to effectively communicate the value proposition to the audience.
  • Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Craft, schedule, and publish posts, while actively engaging with the online community.
  • Strategize and execute optimal social media posts, utilizing analytics to refine posting strategies for maximum impact.
  • Oversee paid social media campaigns, SEO, Ads including boosting and promoting posts, while monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Produce monthly reports for stakeholders, summarizing campaign performance, engagement metrics, and growth trends.
  • Manage the company's marketing platform, ensuring synchronization of metrics across media channels and accurate input of advertising costs.
  • Utilize photography skills to create visually appealing content that aligns with the brand's image.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator to design graphics, visuals, and promotional materials.
  • Utilize Google AdWords and Google Analytics to optimize campaigns and track website performance, making data-driven decisions to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Coordinate multi-channel promotional marketing campaigns including assisting in new product launches and promotional offer code setup, while maintaining a consistent corporate brand throughout all materials and events.
  • Assist with digital marketing and website strategies by partnering with the web team and reporting on digital activities and website performance.
  • Ensure all new products are correctly set-up and placed online with appropriate merchandising images, cross-sells, and content, identifying SEO opportunities to increase web traffic and sales of new products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing coordination, with a focus on social media management and content creation.
  • Strong proficiency in social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft engaging content.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Familiarity with Google AdWords and Google Analytics for campaign optimization and performance tracking.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and platforms effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to refine marketing strategies.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and adaptable to changing trends and technologies in the digital marketing landscape.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in Real Estate or related industries is a plus but not required.
