About the position

The Marketing & Sales Coordinator at Bear and Crown is a part-time role focused on managing social media promotion and coordinating advertising campaigns. This position aims to enhance the restaurant's branding and marketing strategies, ultimately driving revenue growth by attracting new customers and fostering relationships with returning clients. The coordinator will also assist with event coordination and contribute to the overall marketing initiatives of the venue.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media platforms to showcase upcoming events and attract potential guests.
• Monitor social media accounts to respond to comments and messages when needed.
• Direct the business's marketing and advertising strategy in-line with the Executive team's priorities.
• Monitor and analyze social media account metrics.
• Oversee the 'Bear & Crown Gives Back' charity program, coordinating with local non-profits to cross-promote the restaurant.
• Assist with other marketing initiatives, such as email campaigns, promotional materials, and community outreach efforts.

Requirements

• Previous experience managing social media accounts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using event management software is a plus.
• Creative mindset with an interest in developing innovative marketing strategies.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
