The Marketing Coordinator at AFIMAC Global plays a crucial role in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and print. This position requires a proactive individual who can assist in the development and curation of engaging content for marketing materials, which encompasses social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and promotional materials. The Marketing Coordinator will also be responsible for supporting the organization and coordination of events, trade shows, and promotional activities, ensuring that all logistics, setup, and follow-up tasks are handled efficiently. In addition to campaign coordination and content creation, the Marketing Coordinator will manage and update the company's social media profiles, creating and scheduling posts while monitoring engagement and performance metrics. Administrative support is also a key aspect of this role, which includes maintaining marketing databases, preparing reports, and handling correspondence. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and soft skills, enabling them to thrive in a fast-paced marketing environment while ensuring that all marketing materials are accurate and professional. Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, etc.)
  • Develop and curate engaging content for marketing materials, including social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and promotional materials
  • Help organize and coordinate events, trade shows, and promotional activities, including logistics, setup, and follow-up
  • Manage and update social media profiles, create and schedule posts, and monitor engagement and performance metrics
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining marketing databases, preparing reports, and handling correspondence

Requirements

  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Experience using data analytics software for research
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • 2-5 years of experience in Marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in Business related field
