About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at Ring-O-Matic Inc plays a vital role in supporting the marketing team with the planning, execution, and analysis of various marketing campaigns and initiatives. This position is essential for developing marketing strategies, coordinating promotional activities, and ensuring effective communication both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, etc.).
  • Coordinate project timelines, tasks, and deliverables to ensure campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to produce marketing materials such as advertisements, brochures, and digital content.
  • Support the creation and editing of marketing content including blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and press releases.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing materials.
  • Help manage the organization's digital presence, including website updates, social media accounts, and online advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic and social media engagement metrics to optimize performance.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
  • Assist in the development of customer personas and segmentation strategies to target key audiences effectively.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
  • Coordinate logistics, vendor relationships, and promotional materials for events.
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, CRM software, and social media analytics platforms.
  • Prepare regular reports on key metrics and insights to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing communications within the manufacturing industry or a related field.
  • Graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content for different platforms and audiences.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with data analysis and proficiency in marketing analytics tools is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively across departments.
