About the position

The Marketing Coordinator will support the development and execution of marketing strategies focused on recruiting top talent. This role will involve creating and managing recruitment ads, coordinating print marketing materials, and handling our social media and digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and has a passion for marketing and brand development. In this position, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing recruitment advertising campaigns across various platforms, ensuring they effectively target and attract the right candidates. Additionally, the coordinator will design, coordinate, and oversee the production of print marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and posters, to support recruitment and other marketing initiatives. The role also includes developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage with the audience, and support recruitment efforts. This involves managing content calendars, posting regularly, and monitoring engagement across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Furthermore, the Marketing Coordinator will assist in the creation and implementation of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, Google Ads, and SEO strategies, with a focus on driving traffic to recruitment pages and enhancing overall brand presence. Collaboration is key in this role, as the Marketing Coordinator will work closely with various departments, particularly the recruitment team, to align marketing efforts with recruiting goals and ensure a consistent brand message across all platforms. The position requires strong analytical skills to monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future efforts.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and social media.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and content management systems.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
