Hire Up Staffing is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for a great opportunity in Modesto, CA! In this role, you will provide essential support and assistance to the Sales Team and customers, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across various departments. You will access branded website portals to retrieve crucial account information, including credit cards, gallons, daily and terminal updates, and contractual changes. Your responsibilities will also include managing all aspects of branding projects, overseeing imaging, coordinating network setups, and liaising with service technicians and internal communications. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will serve as a vital link between the sales force, site owners, contractors, suppliers, and the Mystery Shop. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints for both branded and unbranded clients in conjunction with the Mystery Shop. Additionally, you will coordinate direct mailings and other direct marketing activities, submit branded volume allocations quarterly to suppliers, and maintain an inventory of marketing materials. Your role will also involve attending trade shows and industry seminars as needed, coordinating monthly sales meetings, and organizing sales retreats. Regular interaction with legal, supply, G&A, credit, and retail teams will be essential to your success in this position. Other duties may be identified that will assist in wholesale growth and profitability, making this a dynamic and engaging role.
