About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at TrustedSec is a full-time role focused on supporting marketing and sales efforts. The position involves coordinating content distribution, managing promotional materials, and assisting with event planning and execution. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be eager to learn and grow within the marketing field.

Responsibilities

• Assist with content distribution and scheduling of items such as blog posts, webinars, social media, and email.
• Assist with website updates and general management.
• Maintain promotional materials by unpacking shipments, organizing shelving, and reporting low inventory.
• Pack and ship promotional/apparel requests and conference bags for events when necessary.
• Assist in planning meetings, conferences, and on-site events, including purchasing necessary supplies.
• Attend and support events during evening hours when needed.
• Support the sales team by identifying needs and providing solutions.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in an advertising or marketing role; administrative position.
• Associate or Bachelor Degree in marketing or a similar related field.
• Basic understanding of CMS and CRM platforms.
• Experience with Adobe design platforms such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is desired but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to organize multiple projects or events simultaneously.
• Self-sufficient with an understanding of day-to-day requirements as well as long-term goals.

Nice-to-haves
