Responsibilities

  • Execute and maintain marketing channels that drive new leads to the firm's sales funnel.
  • Implement an overarching marketing strategy aligned with the firm's goals and objectives.
  • Identify target markets, conduct market research, and analyze competitors to inform marketing strategies and positioning.
  • Execute digital marketing campaigns, including Google AdWords, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
  • Drive the optimization and enhancement of the firm's website to reflect current services and provide an exceptional user experience.
  • Maintain the firm's brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Execute a comprehensive social media strategy to build a strong online presence and engage with the target audience.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics, including lead generation and ROI.
  • Execute the firm's back-end marketing system to ensure top of mind awareness.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and other stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years proven experience implementing front end and back-end marketing strategies that drove successful lead generation.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices, including Google PPC/LSA/GMB, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as CallRail and Google Analytics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in managing budgets and allocating resources effectively.

Nice-to-haves

  • Spanish speaking preferred.
  • Knowledge of legal industry trends and regulations is a plus.
  • Professional certifications in digital marketing or related areas are desirable.
