About the position

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing content, communication strategies, and public relations outreach for all of Contract Pharmacal Corp's direct-to-consumer brands. This role involves maintaining engagement on social media and brand websites, managing email marketing campaigns, and providing data analytics to enhance brand awareness and revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing content that is updated daily to maintain engagement on the company's social media and brand websites.
  • Conduct continuous outreach for public relations, including written content and strategic planning for growth opportunities.
  • Create content for and manage regular maintenance of email marketing campaigns, blog articles, and sponsored social media campaigns.
  • Provide consistent data and analytics to demonstrate growth in brand awareness and engagement across various platforms.
  • Run paid social media campaigns and manage related platforms.
  • Assist in project management for content marketing tasks using Asana.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Creative Services and Web Development.
  • Interact with customers and external partners to explore new growth opportunities for CPC brands.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
  • 1 - 2 years of work experience in content development or communications/public relations.
  • Experience handling projects in partnership with internal teams to completion.
  • Experience creating or managing online accounts for companies or influencers.
  • Strong skills in content development, copywriting, and digital artwork.
  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and content.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO practices, and brand storytelling.
  • Proficient in paid media marketing channels for social platforms; ability to operate in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage projects effectively.
  • Motivated and detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
