About the position

The Marketing Coordinator will be the sole marketing professional in a small but growing team, responsible for leading and managing all marketing efforts. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns, enhancing brand presence, and requires a blend of creativity, organizational skills, and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring timely execution and budget adherence.
  • Develop and curate engaging content for marketing materials, including blog posts, social media updates, and advertisements.
  • Manage and grow social media presence by creating posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance.
  • Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, and webinars, coordinating logistics and on-site operations.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Track and report on marketing campaign performance, preparing regular reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Manage the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners for marketing activities, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget, tracking expenses and providing updates on budget status.
  • Develop and execute brand strategies that enhance brand awareness and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a coordinator or assistant capacity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, such as CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and idea generation.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
