About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at EMAC America LLC will play a crucial role in supporting marketing initiatives, enhancing brand awareness, and driving customer engagement. This position requires a combination of creativity and analytical skills to effectively implement marketing strategies across various platforms, including social media and corporate communications.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the approved Marketing Plan for EMAC Group and its subsidiaries.
• Organize and manage trade shows, events, and workshops.
• Design, organize, and supervise advertising campaigns and promotional events.
• Manage brand and corporate image.
• Oversee corporate communication and media management, including social media and content creation.
• Manage point-of-sale promotional elements, samples, panels, and showrooms.
• Create graphic resources and content for media, advertising, and promotion.
• Coordinate and support pricing, catalogs, and other online/offline publications.
• Conduct market research to evaluate trends, brand recognition, and identify growth opportunities.
• Perform benchmarking and competitive market surveillance.
• Monitor marketing performance and prepare periodic performance reports.
• Collaborate in preparing the annual marketing budget.
• Assist in managing e-commerce platforms to enhance online sales performance.

Requirements

• Higher education in Marketing, Business Management, Advertising, or PR.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing.
• Positive, service-oriented personality with high enthusiasm for the job.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changes in directives.
