SKYE MEP is a local engineering firm seeking a Marketing Coordinator for our San Antonio office. The successful candidate will produce top-quality responses to industry RFQs/RFPs/SOQs, develop and execute a marketing strategy to raise the profile of the company and increase recruitment, and maintain our marketing collateral in line with our branding guidelines and corporate goals. This role is essential in ensuring that our marketing efforts are aligned with our corporate objectives and that we effectively communicate our value to potential clients and recruits. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the full lifecycle process of proposal development, which includes writing, editing, graphic design, production, and delivery. The ability to juggle multiple strict deadlines is a must, as you will collaborate with senior staff to produce RFP responses and proposals with a high level of detail and accuracy. In addition to proposal work, you will update and maintain marketing materials, certifications, and resumes, ensuring that all content is current and reflective of our brand. This position also requires representing the firm at networking and recruitment events, which means you will not be confined to an office environment. You will be encouraged to be highly visible within our community and must represent the company with professionalism and maturity. Identifying and attending recruitment events throughout Texas will be a key part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, the Marketing Coordinator will develop and implement digital media strategies, maintaining and updating the company websites, and performing some light social media work. You will create graphic and written materials for marketing and recruitment within our existing design guidelines. Coordinating internal and external events, ranging from small educational lunches to larger celebrations, will also be part of your role. You will design and execute an event strategy for our clients, team members, and future team members, including selecting and ordering promotional items as needed. Additionally, you will prepare project award submissions to showcase our projects and gain industry recognition. This role requires both independent work and collaboration within a team, providing a broad directive to work autonomously while also having support from the administration team for all-hands-on-deck projects and day-to-day tasks.
