About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at MAT Holdings, Inc. is responsible for managing various marketing objectives and tasks, including budget management, trade show coordination, and support for product managers and sales teams. This role requires effective communication and project management skills to ensure timely completion of marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support market budget build and track marketing expenses
• Assist with tradeshow support including booth expenses and scheduling
• Provide support for Bazaarvoice end-user questions
• Track licensing product reporting and expenses
• Support Webscraper database and prepare marketing reports
• Coordinate with Marketing Services for job tracking and project completion
• Manage online seeds, vine, and campaign participation sample ordering
• Ensure compliance with regulations for Wercsmart online filing
• Coordinate delivery of brochures and sales literature
• Support new product advertising and master price schedules

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in managing multiple projects related to consumer products
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
