About the position

The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in enhancing client relationships and driving referrals to our clinical practice. This position involves managing digital marketing efforts, coordinating employee events, and collaborating with various internal teams to create engaging content and experiences for both clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, monitor, and create content for social media and websites.
• Manage and present marketing reports to directors, including Google Analytics results and trends.
• Coordinate luncheons and dinner meetings for existing and potential clients and staff.
• Work with internal personnel to distribute educational and entertaining content to networks.
• Visit clients and submit daily marketing reports detailing contact information, content delivered, outcomes, and follow-up plans.
• Collaborate and coordinate monthly employee events such as brunches, movie nights, and happy hour mixers.
• Create exceptional experiences for patients and coordinate weekly staff lunch meetings.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to provide daily reports of activity and results.
• Fluent in in-person, written, and phone communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to type at least 60 words per minute.
• Responsible and accountable as an individual and as part of a team.
